May is National Women’s Health Month and Mother’s Day, May 8, kicks off National Women’s Health Week from May 8-14 – an annual observance to encourage all women to make the healthy choices like staying active and eating right.
“Oftentimes, women take themselves for granted more than anybody else,” said Janis Dezso, vice president of global distribution for Symmetry Surgical, which operates new product development, manufacturing, distribution and sourcing facilities around the world. “We all need to realize that staying healthy is important to ourselves, our families and the people we work with, so it’s time to reflect on self-care.”
