November 22, 2024- SMI® celebrated its 20th anniversary along with 27 inaugural member organizations at the SMI Fall Forum in Austin, TX. These members were honored in front of over 250 SMI members and invited guests. SMI members meet twice annually at Forums to discuss industry challenges, share learnings and best practices, and work side-by-side to create solutions and resources.
