December 9, 2025- HCA Healthcare, Inc. announced that Virginia Tenpenny has been named vice president of community engagement, effective January 12, 2026. In this role, Tenpenny will lead HCA Healthcare’s community engagement strategy, overseeing a team that manages social and charitable investments, colleague giving and volunteering, community outreach and strategic partnerships.
