August 21, 2026- Intermountain Park City Hospital celebrated the opening of its new cancer center on Thursday with a ribbon cutting and public tour. The new Intermountain Health Park City Hospital Cancer Center will serve up to 1,500 patients annually with expanded space, high tech equipment, and treatment options closer to home. The new Intermountain cancer center is 10,800-square feet and includes 18 infusion bays, a significant increase from the four bays which have served patients for the past several years. There will also be dedicated rooms for medical oncology appointments, which allow for telehealth visits with Intermountain cancer experts outside of the Wasatch Back.
