November 20, 2025- Oak Street Health announced its Nurse Practitioner (NP) Fellowship Program has been granted three years of accreditation by The Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers, recognizing the Company’s excellence in preparing clinicians to deliver high-quality, value-based primary care for older adults.
The Oak Street Health NP Fellowship program allows fellows to spend time building their own patient panel, learning from a multitude of preceptors, and engaging in advanced content that aims to build on graduate training. The robust curriculum, which covers topics such as value-based care, chronic disease management, working and leading interprofessional teams and professional development, enables fellows to become successful clinicians within the unique care model at Oak Street Health.
