Bahna has more than three decades of experience in sales leadership and development of go-to-market strategies in sales, manufacturing and distribution. He has proven expertise in medical device product launches. Most recently, Bahna served as Regional Vice President of Sales at Nanosonics, Inc., and has held similar leadership positions at Resuscitation International, Sarnova/Tri-anim Health Services, and Sage Products.
Rob has spent his entire 35-year career in the healthcare industry, leading sales organizations and launching more than 15 products. Among Rob’s many areas of expertise, he is highly respected for the ability to identify a product’s unique value proposition and develop appropriate go-to-market sales strategies.
With experience in sales, manufacturing and distribution, he has a keen understanding of the various pitfalls and barriers-to-market many small-mid-sized healthcare organizations encounter when launching a product. These include funding, aligning with the right distributors, clearly understanding the competitive landscape, securing contracts, identifying proper price points, sales training, and developing go-to-market strategies that accelerate an organization’s journey to growth and meaningful profitability.
