May 12, 2025- The United States and China have agreed to a 90-day pause on most tariffs they have imposed on each other since last month, taking a big step toward easing the trade war between the two countries, according to NBC News. According to the Wall Street Journal, President Trump’s “reciprocal” tariff on China will fall to 10% from 125%, and Beijing will cut its retaliatory levies on U.S. goods to 10% from 125%.
