March 3, 2026- Henry Schein, Inc. announced the appointment of Frederick M. Lowery as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective March 2, 2026. Lowery marked his first day as CEO of Henry Schein yesterday.

Mr. Lowery succeeds Stanley M. Bergman, who will step down as CEO after 35 years and continue to serve as Chairman of the Board to ensure a smooth and effective leadership transition.
