September 21, 2026- Residents in West Valley City and west Salt Lake County will soon have easier access to healthcare services thanks to a major new medical campus planned by Intermountain Health. Intermountain Health has acquired the nine-story, 235,000 square-foot Fairbourne Building at 3535 Market Street, which is located on 8.5 acres in the heart of downtown West Valley City, from Wasatch Group. The Intermountain Health Fairbourne Campus, as the building will be named, will be a “one-stop” destination for a wide variety of medical services for area patients, including primary care, specialty care, and eventually, a freestanding emergency department.
