November 3, 2025- Intermountain Health announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging (SDMI), a leading outpatient radiology imaging company with 12 locations across the Las Vegas Valley. The addition of imaging centers to Intermountain’s growing healthcare services in southern Nevada will enhance patient access to high-quality, cost-effective care.
