Since joining UPMC in 2006, Kelly has helped transform the organization’s P2P function into a nationally recognized center of excellence through automation, innovation, and operational excellence. Under her leadership, UPMC’s P2P organization earned the 2025 GHXcellence Award for Operational Excellence and was recognized as a Top Performing Organization by The Hackett Group in 2024.
