September 1, 2026- Ohio residents near the West Virginia border are set to gain a new emergency room and hospital services campus as WVU Medicine breaks ground on a $56 million facility in Belmont County, according to KRXI2 News. WVU Medicine is building the WVU Medicine St. Clairsville Community Hospital, a $56 million investment along Ebbert Road. Once complete, the facility will include an emergency room, a lab, and inpatient and outpatient services.
