Honoring Tradition While Embracing Change
For more than three decades, Repertoire Magazine has worked to inform, educate and inspire the medical distribution sales professional. While our mission has not changed, the world around us certainly has. Sales reps today are moving faster, balancing more responsibilities, consuming information differently and entering our industry at a younger age than ever before. That reality is pushing us to evolve.
Over the coming months, you will see several additions and upgrades to the magazine designed to better serve today’s sales professional while respecting the traditions and professionalism that built this industry.
One of the biggest additions will be new lifestyle-focused content for the next generation of reps. Articles will cover work-life balance, managing stress, building customer relationships in a digital-first world, staying healthy on the road, and planning long-term careers. We will also feature practical sales strategies, including how to grow a territory to $1 million in revenue, maximize ride days with manufacturer reps, and learn from top performers across the industry.
Recognizing that time is one of every rep’s most valuable assets, we will introduce “click-to-listen” audio features for select articles, allowing reps to consume content while traveling between accounts. Key feature stories will also include quick bullet-point summaries for faster takeaways.
We are especially excited to introduce “Max and Scout,” a family-friendly cartoon feature following a young sales rep and his loyal sidekick. The series is designed to educate, entertain, and help reps share with their families what they do and why their work matters.
As the industry evolves, Repertoire Magazine remains committed to attracting and developing the next generation of talent while honoring the professionals who paved the way. Our goal is to keep the magazine timely, relevant and valuable for every medical sales rep.
The future of this industry is bright – and we are excited to build it together.
Dedicated to the Industry,
